The initiative of 166 People´s Deputies of Ukraine-members of the Party of Regions Deputy Faction as to the holding of an extraordinary plenary meeting of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The initiative complies with the requirements of Part 2 of Clause 83 of the Constitution of Ukraine.
The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine announces that an extraordinary plenary meeting of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine shall be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, 3 February 2010.

Pursuant to the Decree of the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine regarding an extraordinary plenary meeting on 3 February 2010, the Bill on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Elections of the President of Ukraine" (re Organization of Work of Election Commissions) (Reg. No. 6004) shall be scrutinized at the meeting on initiative of 166 People´s Deputies.
